Refund Policy
At As-Subah Outreach, we understand that circumstances may change. This policy outlines how we handle refund requests for donations.
General Policy
All donations to As-Subah Outreach are given voluntarily and are, in most cases, non-refundable. However, we recognize that errors can occur or circumstances may change, and we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please:
- Email us at [email protected] within 30 days of your donation
- Include your full name and the email used for the donation
- Provide the date and amount of the donation
- Explain the reason for your refund request
Refund Considerations
We may issue a refund if:
- An error occurred during the donation process (e.g., incorrect amount)
- A duplicate donation was made by mistake
- The donation was made without authorization (fraud)
Limitations
Refunds may not be possible if funds have already been deployed to projects. For project-specific donations, we will inform you if the funds have already been used and discuss alternative solutions.
Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used for the donation.
Recurring Donations
For monthly/recurring donations, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future donations but will not refund previous payments unless covered by the circumstances above.
